After baking numerous variations of onion bread, it was time to sweeten things up a bit. Cinnamon dessert bread has a cinnamon flavor and is smothered in vanilla icing. It's one of those breads that children will thank you for and will, after inhaling the loaf in 10 minutes, beg you for more. It's also a quick seller at fairs and bake sales.
