Elizabeth's Bread Baking BlogGarlic French Bread
Each time I open up a health magazine, there seems to be yet another article on the benefits of eating garlic. Of course, the best way to eat garlic is when it's powdered, mixed with melted butter, and poured over french bread dough. The baked in flavor of butter and garlic in my garlic french bread is a hit with any pasta meal, especially the family's spaghetti night.
