BlinQ Flexible Bakeware

Silicone bakeware isn't just in the department stores anymore. While walking through 2 local grocery stores, I spotted silicone loaf and muffin pans on the shelf next to the glass and aluminum bakeware. It caught me off guard because I haven't found a silicone bread pan that I would use over my glass pans. My latest product review is for blinQ's silicone loaf pan. My experience using this loaf pan has been disappointing and I'm almost ready to give up looking for a decent silicone pan.
