Spicy Casserole Bread

Looking for an easy yeast bread to make for a family gathering? Spicy casserole bread is a batter bread that is baked in a 1.5 quart casserole pan. To make it, simply mix the ingredients, let the batter rise for 45 minutes, stir down, and scrape the batter into a greased casserole pan. After the second rising, the bread is ready to bake. There's no kneading and very little cleanup - perfect for the holiday rush.
