Pan Pizza Dough

There's no denying the summertime heat. It's too hot to kick on the stove for large dinners and, yet, by the time the sun goes down, the kids and I are starving for something hot to eat. With everything coming into season, we've been making delicious, homemade pizzas at night. We make the pan pizza dough and press the dough into the 3 medium-size skillets we bought at a yard sale. We then top each pizza with our favorite cheeses and veggies. Everyone's happy and everyone has a full belly.
