Scones

Scones are a favorite quick bread that are quickly gaining popularity in the U.S. because they are easy to make. Recipes for scones vary greatly. Heartier scones, such as cheese mustard scones, can be served with a steak or ham dinner. Buttermilk scones taste great with jam and can be served as a snack, with tea, or at lunch. King Arthur Flour also makes a delicious scone mix called English Cream Tea Scones. These scones are perfect to serve as a light dessert and go great with tea or coffee.
