Herbs for Breads

If you still haven't gotten around to planting an herb garden for bread baking, it's not too late. There are still lots of beautiful, full grown herbs available at many nurseries. The adult plants can easily be transplanted into your garden, and many of the herbs used in breads can be grown in containers.

You should try the Herbs De Provence mixture of savory, thyme, fennel, and lavender. It makes a mean Pain de Provence. I’ll have to post a recipe on my blog!
