I'm always shocked at how much breakfast breads cost at the grocery store, when I know I can easily bake my own breads for under a dollar per loaf. This recipe for english muffin bread is easy to follow and the bread makes the most perfect morning toast. Thick and full of air bubbles, this is a delicious and less expensive alternative to store bought breakfast breads.
