February has closed her doors and March is here, along with the promise of warmer weather and sunnier days. To celebrate, I made this delicious sunny lemon bread. The ingredients include all-purpose flour, lemon zest and juice, and honey. Yum!

Now this sounds appealing. I can just imagine the smell this gives off while it is baking. I went to Amish country this past summer, and they were selling some sticky bun type thing that smelled of lemon zest…. Gonna try this one for sure.
