If you've never tried to make an upside down cake, you haven't lived! Pineapple upside down cakes are very popular in Pennsylvania Dutch areas, but there are other upside down cakes you can make. With some experimenting, I made a delicious peach upside down cake last night. It turned out delicious! What's more, the extra greasing I did on the cake pan made flipping the cake out so much easier than by relying on just the butter and sugar base to grease the pan.
