Of course, as the weather grows cooler, I start to crave the fruit of the tropics. This small batch of mango coconut rolls is great for breakfast. Just cut each roll in half, toast and butter. Serve with sausage or bacon and eggs. The rolls can also be served with a delicious ham pineapple dinner.
