Egg breads tend to dry out a day or so after baking unless they are kept wrapped in plastic. That's why making a small loaf of egg bread is perfect for those who don't eat a lot of bread. This small round egg bread is perfect for up to 4 people - 1 to 2 slices per person. It's very easy to make and great for beginners to try out.
