I talked and dreamt about it all winter long - I'm finally growing my own herbs again. Since I have been moving around a lot, I decided to grow my favorite herbs in pots this year so I can take them with me whenever I move and not have to worry about starting new plants from scratch. I dry my own herbs to save on money and because the herbs taste so much fresher when dried at home and used during the winter months - my stash is replenished in the summer. This time, I used my just dried herbs to make this easy loaf of herb sandwich bread. Summer is the time for growing herbs and eating lots of sandwiches.
