Thanksgiving Lard Bread

I always found that lard makes perfect french fries, but did you know that it can be used in bread baking as well? Lard makes a beautiful white bread dough, such as these loaves of Thanksgiving lard bread. Lard is very easy to use and is generally inexpensive to buy.
