I have always preferred light wheat breads, but some of my friends prefer all wheat (no bread flour) breads. This simple all wheat bread recipe is for them. It is a very basic recipe that can easily be altered to suit your own, personal tastes, whether you change the sweetener or you choose to add raisins or dried cranberries to the dough.
