Wheat Grain Bread

While at my favorite store, Echo Hill, an Amish run grocery store in Fleetwood, I bought some more wheat flour, cracked wheat, and wheat germ for baking. Of course, like an eager kid, I had to use everything as soon as I got home. The result is this heavy, winter weather wheat grain bread. The bread was very good, especially when topped with peanut butter or Nutella. Very filling!
