Add more flour to batter, a half cup at a time, until a dough is formed. When the dough chases the spoon around the bowl, turn dough out onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
Put dough into large, greased bowl. Turn dough over so that the top is also greased. Cover with clean cloth or plastic wrap and let rise in warm place for an hour.
