Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp grated orange rind
- 2-1/4 tsp (1 pkg) active dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp butter, soft
- 3 cups bread flour, about

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation:
- Mix together sugar, grated orange rind, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add milk and orange juice. Stir until yeast is dissolved.
- Mix in soft butter and enough flour to make a soft dough.
- Turn dough out onto lightly floured table and knead for about 3 minutes.
- Put dough in a greased bowl. Flip dough over in bowl so that the dough top is also lightly greased. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until double in bulk.
- Punch down dough. Turn out onto lightly floured table and knead briefly.
- Roll dough out into a 12 x 8-inch rectangle. Spread with butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll dough up like a jelly roll starting at an 8-inch side. Pinch seams closed and tuck under edges.
- Set loaf in a greased 9 x 5 x 2.5-inch bread pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes or until doubled.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until bread sounds hollow when tapped.
- Remove bread from bread pan immediately and let cool on rack.
